Technology nowadays are very rampant wherever we go. Either on homes, schools, at work, mall, technology will always be present. And one of the successful effect of technology are the gadgets, used for social media.
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, are just one of the most popular and most used website by people especially teens. And to be more specific, students are one of the most active people using some these sites. They find it entertaining and fun. They use it to promote what they are doing, chat right with their friends overseas, posts their photos and let themselves updated for any occasions. But on the other side,social media does not share fun always. Social media are also the root of cyber bullying.
Cyber bullying is when a person or group get to bully someone by using social medias, throw accusations at someone, or threaten them. They use gadgets and the internet also in able for them to do it. This is one of the disadvantage of technology and social media. Because of this, the bullied person(mostly student) either develop emotional trauma, or worse they commit suicide. It lowers someone self esteem, resulting or making it a non sociable person. All because of cyber bullying caused by a person who has envy or anger toward a person.
Cyber bullying or what, let's use technology wisely as it's one of God's given to humans.
